NEW - Zentangle Workshop

On Monday 10 May, alongside our CrafTea & Coffee session, we'll be holding a Zentangle workshop.

Zentangle is a form of artistic meditation which is easy to learn, relaxing and fun.  You don't have to be good at art and don't even need to think about what to draw.  It's all about being in the moment, focusing on each stroke and not worrying about the result.  We will teach you the steps to creating your own beautiful, unique and personal work of art.

Zentangle is said to increase focus, creativity, self-confidence and an increased sense of well-being.  Why not join us and give it a try?

The session is free of charge and will run from 11am to 2pm at 65 High St, Nailsea.

Check out our store!

We rely on funding and grants to enable us to offer free (or heavily subsidised) access to all participants.

You can also support us via our online shop where you will find beautiful gifts and artwork, much of it hand-created by our members.

If you are an artist or enjoy making things and would like to donate some of your work to our shop, we would love to hear from you.  Every single sale will help make a difference to those living with invisible illnesses and your contribution will be very much appreciated.
